Your User ID is a combination of your location ID, followed by your employee number. For example, if you work for CAA Club Group and your employee number is 989, your User ID is 1989.

If you have difficulty logging in, or if you forget your password, contact the CAA Club Group Pension call centre at caacop@telushealth.com, or by calling 1 888 792-2726 from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m..
